The garden spa and wellness area of the organic hotel including the Ttherapy Centre and indoor swimming pool covers an area of approx. 1,600 m². Enjoy the soothing peace and relaxation for your body and mind. The magnificent view of Hopfensee Lake and the Alpine panorama, the fresh mountain air and the location directly in countryside provide the best conditions for this.

Water Adventures
- Indoor swimming pool - The heated pool with a counter-current system is 10 x 5.5 m in size and 1.30 m deep. Here you can swim, or enjoy the sun and warmth on the panoramic relaxation loungers.
- Kneipp treading pool - Here you can boost your circulation in the tried and tested Kneipp way and refresh tired legs.
- Natural pool outside in the wellness garden - 15 x 4 m for swimming and cooling off in naturally treated, soft water.

Finally, time to get away from it all. Find your very personal favourite spot in one of the saunas, on the comfortable loungers and alcove seats in the spacious rest areas, or outside by the natural swimming pool. The light-infused atmosphere together with the fragrant wood, natural stone, clay walls and the babbling of the water has the effect of helping you to slow you down naturally. In the wellness area, you can leave everyday life behind and find tranquillity again during a massage, body pack or beauty treatment using nourishing natural products and high-quality oils. Here, the gentle hand movements of the wellness therapists will allow you to experience pure relaxation.

A Magnificent View
Mountain view level
- Herbal tea lounge - Here you can sit, read and ‘Hoigarte’ (get together for a good old chat); this is where you meet for a sophisticated cup of herbal tea or a glass of vitalised water. Light refreshments are available in the fridge.
- Foot basin - for cold and warm foot baths in preparation for sweating and between sauna sessions. Bathe your feet in the natural rock basin while enjoying the beautiful view.
- Mountain view relaxation room - with a south-facing view of the mountains and comfortable loungers. A place to read, hang out and rock in the floating loungers.
- Panorama terrace - with comfortable lounge furniture, flower meadow and wicker hanging loungers for two.

- Stone pine salt sauna - Spacious Finnish sauna with a view (mirrored from the outside) of the natural swimming pool; handmade by a woodworker from Alpine stone pine wood; salt stones have been placed in the upper area.
- Quiet room - The pleasantly calm atmosphere and comfortable stone pine loungers invite you to rest and unwind. Only the babbling of the stone fountain breaks the silence.
- Movement room - with its wooden sprung floor it provides plenty of space for activities that involve movement (e.g. yoga, exercise, dance).

Switch off & Relax
In the upper sauna area
- A spacious steam room lined with natural stone and radiant rock crystal. The high humidity is beneficial for the respiratory tract and only a slight strain on your cardiovascular system.
- Infrared heat cabin with dry infrared radiant heat. This has the effect of boosting blood circulation, strengthening the immune system and cleansing the skin and tissues (it creates an ‘artificial fever’). It can be used at any time without waiting for it to heat up.
- Bio sauna/sanarium with a moderate temperature (approx. 60°C; humidity 40 to 60%). It has a similar effect to a Finnish sauna, but is milder on your cardiovascular system. Ideal for more (vein)sensitive natures or for sauna beginners.

Sports & Workouts
Working out and being active indoors is possible daily from 6a.m. to 9p.m. in the gym near the physiotherapy center. The large window front can be opened in warmer temperatures for a workout experience almost like outside. The latest Technogym equipment is available for perfect self-training*: dumbbell set, weight bench, multifunctional cable tower, skillrow rowing machine, cross trainer and ergometer. These were developed according to the latest sports and health science technologies and are ideally suited for strength and endurance training.

Outdoor Wellness
- Finnish sweat lodge - take a completely natural sauna in the wood-fired Finnish sweat lodge at the alpine meadow tranquillity Alp with its authentic and cosy atmosphere. There is a wooden bench that goes all around inside the lodge with reindeer skins and a view to the open fireplace.
- ‘Forest & Meadows’ outdoor shower - with a wicker screen where you can refresh yourself.
- Kneipp bathhouse - outside by the stream. A heated bench where you can sit and have a footbath and also for relaxing on in between sauna sessions. With WC, shower and a Kneipp affusion area (also for therapeutic applications).
- Free space - A free, unobstructed space with an all-round view; it can be used for meditation, bodywork, relaxation and individual coaching. A distinct construction completely out of wood with a unique atmosphere due to the open gable, wooden floor and heated clay walls.
