The Eggensberger is not just an organic hotel somewhere in Germany, but was the first certified Biohotel in the Allgäu region in 2003.. You can taste this love of the home region and the proximity to nature. We put mainly fresh and regional foods in our pots and on our plates. We focus on creative, wholesome and delicious dishes. Our organic kitchen is certified and uses 100% organic food out of conviction. Regular inspections in accordance with the EU Organic Farming Regulation are carried out by the certification body ABCert. Our organic control number is DE-ÖKO-006.

The Eggensberger culinary team aims to conjure up healthy and delicious organic meals on a daily basis and served fresh on your plates.. Therefore, some regional products come directly from the organic farm and from organic producers from the Eastern Allgäu eco-model region castle park ‘Schlosspark’; it is also a designated ‘Genussregion’ an initiative to promote regional food specialities.
