For every temperament
A sauna landscape to explore
- A spacious steam room - Lined with natural stone and radiant rock crystal. The high humidity is beneficial for the respiratory tract and only a slight strain on your cardiovascular system.
- Infrared heat cabin - With dry infrared radiant heat. This has the effect of boosting blood circulation, strengthening the immune system and cleansing the skin and tissues. It can be used at any time without waiting for it to heat up.
- Bio sauna / Sanarium - With a moderate temperature (approx. 60°C; humidity 40 to 60%). The bio-sauna has a similar effect to the Finnish sauna, but milder your cardiovascular system. Ideal for more sensitive natures or for sauna novices.
- Stone pine sauna - ‘Sweat lodge’ with dry heat (approx. 90°C). The essential oil contained in the stone pine wood makes you relax - natural salt ionises the air.
- Mountain view relaxation room - With a south-facing view of the mountains and comfortable (hanging) loungers for reading, ‘hanging out’ and swinging.
- Quiet Room: Comfortable stone pine loungers to relax on. The quiet babbling of the water from the stone fountain adds to the sense of well-being.
- Finnish sweat lodge: take a completely natural sauna near the alpine meadow. Next to the tranquillity Alp - With its rusrically cosy atmosphere, wooden bench with reindeer skins and view of the fireplace.
